Elite World Istanbul Taksim Hotel

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and other treatments available.

Plus, the location was excellent, with easy access to all the facilities around. Cons: the only minor issue I noticed was the lines at the breakfast buffet.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. We were able to easily explore this vibrant city and visit all the attractions. The staff, especially a guest relations staff member named Guzel, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Cozy hotel located in a nice area near shops, the airport shuttle and Taksim. The room we were offered to move into was luxurious and included a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an individual safe. The staff was brilliant, supportive, and everything was excellent. The best part of our comfortable stay was the perfect breakfast.

The beds were too big here, however it was a truly memorable stay all in all. Beautiful location, walking distance to a National Palaces Painting museum.

We traveled as a family to celebrate our mum's 60th birthday and Elite World Istanbul Taksim went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised her with a delicious cake, a personal rendition of Happy Birthday, and decorated our room with balloons. The location was perfect, with all the major attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Guzel, were extremely helpful and friendly. The spa was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent shower pressure too!

Good location, big comfy bed, excellent spa bath. Reception team fixed issue with bath quickly. Pay at hotel, but prepayment taken multiple times. Helpful staff in room reservation, guest relations, and tour office. Dedicated cleaning staff and courteous reception and breakfast staff.

During our vacation, we had a comfortable stay at a hotel in Istanbul. the staff provided exceptional service and were very helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed. the bed was comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good range of meals and beverages, with a great variety to choose from. We especially enjoyed the selection of teas available.

We did experience some negative aspects during our stay. One of the receptionists was not respectful and treated us poorly when discussing our reservation.

Great location, just a short walk from the shopping street and old town. The sunrise from the hotel room was magnificent. The staff was helpful and we received a free upgrade. Late check-out was not a problem. The gym, although the AC needed to be turned on, was not bad. We also enjoyed the free water provided. I would recommend this hotel.
